Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bringing creativity and innovation to our products, catering to client customization in the form of trophies, plaques, awards, medals, and other printable media. This role involves designing visually appealing and personalized artwork and concepts into mockups for further production. The successful candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate client visions into stunning pieces of art.

Responsibilities:

Create custom designs for trophies, plaques, medals, and other awards based on client specifications and requirements.
Bring fresh and creative ideas to the team, continually staying ahead of design trends to ensure innovative and unique designs.
Work closely with the production team to ensure that designs are feasible for manufacturing and meet quality standards.
Communicate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring their satisfaction with the final product.
Review and refine designs to ensure high quality and accuracy before production.
Research and analyze current design trends to keep our product offerings modern and appealing.
Continually stay ahead of design trends, bringing fresh and creative ideas to the team.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Macromedia Freehand, etc.)
Strong understanding of design principles of branding
Minimum two years of Experience
Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Exceptional creative flair and innovative approach to all design projects
Able to work independently and in a team with multitasking abilities
Excellent time management skills
Expertise in Nepali and English Typing
To be able to communicate with clients and fulfill their requirements in a timely manner.
