Roles and responsibilities of this job

Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the social media team to understand client requirements, target audience, and campaign objectives, translating them into effective visual designs.
Develop creative concepts and strategies for social media campaigns that align with client branding guidelines and marketing goals.
Create engaging visual content, including static images, animated graphics, videos, and infographics, that drive user engagement and enhance brand awareness.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design techniques, and best practices, incorporating them into your work to ensure cutting-edge and impactful designs.
Work closely with copywriters and content creators to ensure a cohesive blend of visuals and messaging that effectively communicates the client's brand story and key messages.
Manage multiple social media design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery within project deadlines.
Review and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, ensuring design consistency, adherence to brand guidelines, and overall quality of work.
Monitor social media platforms for emerging design trends and competitor analysis to inform and enhance your design approach.
