Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Concept and design assets for usage across all platforms, particularly digital and social media.
Ensure brand consistency is applied with design work.
Actively participate in campaign brainstorms and ideation in brand identity.
Maintain and manage an asset library on an ongoing basics, as well as inventory of where these assets live and how they will be used.
Manage in-house retouching- includes editing, cropping and processing high quality standard images.
Stay up-to-date with trends, emerging designs, and contemporary tools to develop bold new concepts.
Work closely with Creative Team to execute ideas.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
Portfolio which demonstrates 3-4+ years working experience in Graphic Design in an agency or in-house creative group.
Experience with tech, digital, and/or automotive clients preferred.
Experience with brand identity design highly preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of typography and graphic design for brands.
Organized and flexible, able to balance requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player able to work independently and within a team.
A passion for all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery.
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
Exercises good communication skills with the ability to discuss complex concepts in easy-to-understand terms.
