Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a passionate, talented, and creative Graphic Designer to join our team for full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visually stunning graphics and designs, good presentation skills, great attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. He/She should be aware of current design trends and be able to offer innovative ideas.

He/She easily excels at the normal tools of the trade such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint and use them in a variety of different ways throughout their day.

Responsibilities:

Work with our team to develop design services to drive more clients to our business
Assist the development and execution of digital marketing assets with a healthy understanding of different social media platforms, its unique audiences and creative requirements
Create, develop and edit premium platform-specific content with a focus on innovative, compelling storytelling to drive growth, community engagement and ultimately, conversions
Collaborate closely with our marketing department
Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard
Work across multiple projects at the same time and be able to produce high standards of finished work in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
Other duties that are within the scope of the role may be required

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

2-3 years of experience working within a design-related field, preferably with a digital marketing focus
Bachelor degree in a design-related field
Portfolio showcasing your work
Strong sense of initiative, a collaborative spirit and an ability to work independently
Know how to develop visual direction and concepts for advertising campaigns
Strong experience with design applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects (or similar)
A passion for innovation and discovering the latest digital trends and technologies
Ability to work on multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines
Skills within original content creation, such as photography or video, would be highly desirable

The ability to communicate ideas clearly (both visually and verbally) with both team members
Excellent time management skills especially when it comes to working towards conflicting deadlines
Confidence and curiosity to initiate design ideas, communicate clearly and ask questions
Attention to detail, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality standards
Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative to drive creative thinking
The ability to collaborate and work both independently and alongside team members
An open-minded and receptive approach to feedback
