Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a creative, analytical Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us elevate brand presence of various international outdoor and apparel brands that we work with.

Responsibilities:

Design compelling visual assets, including advertisements, social media content, event materials, and in-store visuals.
Work closely with brand representatives to adapt global creative assets to local market needs.
Ensure all creative output is consistent with the visual identity and storytelling of each brand.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote brand campaigns, product launches, and events.
Manage and enhance the brands’ presence across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
Plan and implement social media strategies, including content calendars, copywriting, and community management.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in marketing, design, or communications roles, preferably with lifestyle or outdoor brands.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools, including social media platforms and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
