  • Bachelors Degree in the related field, Master's preferred
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience, minimum 3 years working experience (Human Resource Manager); minimum 5 years working experience (Transport Manager)
  • Thorough knowledge of the latest teaching pedagogy
  • Open to new ideas with positive learning attitudes 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English language competency is a must for grade teachers (Preference will be given to someone with English as a major subject in Bachelor's)
  • Nepali language competency is a must for Nepali teachers (Preference will be given to someone with Nepali as a major subject in Bachelor's)
