Grade Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and child-friendly Grade Teacher for Class 1. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for teaching young learners, the ability to create an engaging learning environment, and excellent classroom management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and preparing lessons according to the school curriculum
• Organizing the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment
• Motivating pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative teaching presentations
• Maintaining classroom discipline and fostering a respectful learning atmosphere
• Coordinating with the Institute In charge in developing the department and working collaboratively with other academic employees
• Teaching and counseling students to support their academic and personal growth
• Preparing question papers, assignments, and other evaluation materials
• Developing academic plans and maintaining student progress records
• Performing other duties as assigned by the administration.
