Job Description

Leading group study, discussion and demonstration
Introduction of new concepts
Behavior and rule enforcement
Objective communication
Evaluation and observance of students to identify students progress
Challenging students in preparation for advanced education
Create positive, structured, learning and safe environment for students
Develop and maintain student behavioral and discipline policies
Assess students' learning regularly, provide feedback, and help them improve
Knowledge and application of appropriate teaching strategies and methods
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with co-workers, vendors, students, parents
Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback for students' learning growth
