Angelswing is hiring a Global Content & Growth Marketer to own LinkedIn as a core acquisition channel and drive measurable global visibility and inbound demand. This is not a content execution role. You will be responsible for turning content into a repeatable growth engine.

Role Overview

You will own LinkedIn end to end as a growth channel, from content strategy and execution to paid campaigns and lead generation. Your work should directly contribute to global reach, audience engagement, and the generation of a qualified pipeline.

You will collaborate closely with our Korea-based marketing team and internal stakeholders to shape how Angelswing is positioned and understood across global markets.

What Success Looks Like

Grow LinkedIn presence to a consistent, measurable reach - Increase company LinkedIn followers by **2x to 3x within 6 months, targeting approximately 7K to 12K followers from the current base
Generate qualified inbound leads through organic and paid efforts
Build repeatable content to engage the demand pipeline
Produce content that demonstrates clear audience understanding and positioning
Improve engagement quality and consistency across posts over time

Responsibilities

Own and execute LinkedIn content strategy, including posts, carousels, and articles, with a focus on reach, engagement, and conversion
Plan and manage a structured content calendar aligned with demand generation goals
Run LinkedIn paid campaigns, including targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization
Translate product, customer, and market insights into high-impact content
Conduct or support user interviews to extract insights and turn them into compelling narratives
Develop case studies that clearly communicate customer value and outcomes
Act as a bridge between global stakeholders and the Korea-based marketing team to ensure alignment in messaging
Identify opportunities to expand content distribution beyond LinkedIn when relevant

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

2 to 4 years of experience in B2B content marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles
Strong English writing and communication skills for a global professional audience
Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn pages and running LinkedIn Ads through Campaign Manager
Demonstrated ability to create content that performs in terms of reach, engagement, or conversions
Ability to work independently and manage priorities across teams and time zones

AI and Workflow Capability

Ability to use AI tools to increase content output, speed, and quality
Must be able to demonstrate how AI has been used in past work with examples

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS or tech startup environments
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Notion, or similar
Experience working with global audiences or international markets
Basic design skills, such as Canva or Figma, for social content
