Abroad Study Counselor

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Abroad Study Counselor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to students seeking to study abroad, ensuring they have access to accurate information, resources, and support throughout the application process.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students to understand their academic and career goals.
• Assess students' qualifications, interests, and preferences to recommend suitable study abroad programs and destinations.
• Guide students through the application process, including assistance with paperwork, documentation, and visa applications.
• Conduct informational sessions and workshops to educate students about study abroad opportunities, admission requirements, and cultural aspects of various countries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education trends, immigration policies, and academic programs offered by universities abroad.
• Liaise with educational institutions, embassies, and other relevant organizations to stay informed about changes in admission procedures and visa regulations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to students during their time abroad, addressing any challenges or concerns they may encounter.
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to promote study abroad programs and initiatives.
• Keep accurate records of student interactions, program applications, and outcomes for reporting purposes.
