General Manager

As our General Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission, working directly under the CEO/Founder. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader with exceptional organizational skills, as you will play a crucial role in steering our company through its next phase of growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating the team to ensure projects are well-planned, executed, and delivered to the highest standards.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Acting as the face of the company, fostering partnerships and collaborations with development partners and organizations.
• Writing comprehensive reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Organizing and conducting meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Conducting regular internal meetings for effective follow-ups and coordination.
•  Implementing a systematic working structure across all departments to enhance efficiency.

Who we are looking for:

A seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of management experience. Someone who embodies leadership, with a hands-on approach to management. A strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills. Experience working in mission-driven organization or a background in engineering is a big plus but not a requirement.
