Job Description

Minimum 3+ years industry experience as a software engineer
Minimum 1+ years of experience with cloud platform services and application development using Microsoft Azure, AWS and Heroku
1+ years of experience leading a complex project end-to-end
Experience planning projects and managing team-wide efforts to completion
Practiced at owning and delegating technical design decisions
Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders and PM/Design/ to define requirements, make tradeoffs, and align on long-term plans
Experienced with SQL and NoSQL databases. We use SQL Server, Cloud Firestore and MySQL
Experienced using front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular JS frameworks like React and React native
Proficient in atleast one server side web framework. We use Django, Express and ASP.NET Preference would be given to these frameworks.
Familiar with developing software using CI/CD, Automation
Experienced with database design, writing and tuning queries
Familiar with Linux/UNIX systems and the best practices for deploying applications to those stacks is a plus
Innovative problem solver
Familiarity with Agile development methodology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into working solutions
Results oriented with an ability to work in team and individual contributor work environments
Strong organization skills with good interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
