We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with a strong grasp of both frontend and backend technologies. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our web platform, building out new features, and delivering a smooth, user-focused experience.

This role goes beyond just writing code—you’ll own the development process, from planning to execution, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and high-quality output. We’re looking for someone who can work independently with minimal supervision, yet thrives in a team environment.

You’ll need to be confident with Laravel, Vue.js, jQuery, HTML, and CSS, and have the ability to translate ideas into scalable solutions while maintaining performance and reliability. If you’re passionate about clean code, proactive problem-solving, and contributing to a fast-moving team, we’d love to hear from you.

The role of the Employee includes, but is not limited to the following:

Develop new features for our web application and integrate APIs.
Write clean, efficient, and robust backend code using PHP and Laravel.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with team members in system design and architectural decisions.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholder.
Proactively ask questions and seek clarification when needed.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

2–4 years of proven experience in web development or a similar role.
Proficient in Laravel Framework ecosystem.
Strong frontend development skills with Vue.js, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with design systems or toolkits like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently with timely manners.
Skilled in problem-solving and handling development related inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
Strong team player with a positive attitude, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.
