Role Description

We are seeking a talented full-stack developer to join The Maker Crew on a remote contract basis. As a full-stack developer, you will play a critical role in creating innovative and comprehensive web solutions. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration of various components and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
Design and implement user interfaces for web applications.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and their integration with server-side logic.
Implement responsive web design for optimal user experiences across devices.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug both front-end and back-end issues.
Implement cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
Be flexible and accommodating to client requests, understanding that project requirements may evolve during development.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development and software development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Proficiency in back-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails).
Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Experience in the design and implementation of user interfaces.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
