Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Ensure a positive and professional first impression of the organization.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
Take and deliver messages to appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors by providing information about the company and its services.
Escort visitors to the appropriate person or meeting room.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
Coordinate conference room bookings and manage the availability calendar.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Prepare outgoing mail and courier shipments.
