Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Host at Varnabas Museum Hotel in Kathmandu. The Front Office Host will be responsible for communication with guests, providing exceptional customer service, supporting training initiatives, assisting with food & beverage service, and contributing to sales efforts.

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and Food & Beverage service
• Sales skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Fluency in English and Nepali languages
