Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Planning recruitment strategies and activities
Responsible to maintain the face value and brand value of the company
Dealing with enquiries from the candidates and recruitment channels like, Training centers, colleges
Aggressive follow ups with walk-in candidates from the data bank and pool of candidates
Organizing and managing the candidates at the time of interview drives
Providing daily reports to Secretaries/Coordinators and Managers with information about new progress on recruitment
Maintaining a Report format or day book with the full entries of shortlisted candidates on daily basis
Liaising with clients at the time of interviews
Responsible to share feedback to the candidates, while making them understanding about job role
Enroll the eligible candidates in Projects by filling the forms
Check the proper Documents and recommend in case of shortage
Retain the candidates in friendly environment and polite manner and provide detail information upon their query

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

5+ Years of experience is must from Recruitment sector
Should be well versed with MS office package
Flexible to travel within Nepal
Bachelors and Masters in any field will be preferred
Track record in designing and executing successful recruitment programs
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
