Front Office Executive

• Should have good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office package
• Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls
• Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette
• Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail
• Copying, scanning, and filing documents
• Assisting senior officers and performing other administrative tasks, if required

Working Hour: 8 hours (8 am-4 pm)
Age: 25 to 35
