Job Description

Should have good communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office package
Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls
Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette
Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail
Copying, scanning, and filing documents
Assisting senior officers and performing other administrative tasks, if required

Working Hour: 8 hours (8 am-4 pm)
Age: 25 to 35
