Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate at Nomad Hotel in Kathmandu. The Front Office Associate will provide exceptional customer service, manage reservations, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest inquiries and requests.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hotel management software
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
