Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Greet and welcome guests
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Check, sort and forward emails
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Take up other duties as assigned

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Pleasing personality and communication skills
Well versed in English and Nepali languages. Knowledge of other languages desirable
File management skills
Ability to record office meetings, minutes, directions, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office environment
Excellent Typing Skills (Nepali and English)
