Roles and responsibilities of this job

Some Of The Exciting Stuff That You'll Be Involved In

Design, develop and maintain web applications according to business requirements and technical specifications
Implement user-centric front-end interfaces from design specifications and artifacts
Implement automated tests
Perform manual developer testing and review solutions and code completed by peer developers
Contribute to technical requirements and specifications
Determine feasibility of technical solutions within time and budget constraints
Ensure secure software and infrastructure by adhering to industry standards and best practice
Optimize existing software solutions in order to improve performance and usability
Undertake development operational tasks to release software applications, updates and fixes
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Coach and mentor team members where needed

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

What You'll Need To Have

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Front-end Engineer
Proficient in the following technologies: Javascript / ES6 / HTML5, React/Angularjs or similar, CSS3, Less/Sass, Webpack, Git
User centered approach
Must be able to work in a team
Should posses systematic thinking and attention to detail is critical
Proficiency in English is a must as we'll need to communicate with our colleagues and stake holders in Australia

Who You Are

Initiative and the ability to work independently in a team
A customer and outcome-driven mindset
influencing and interpersonal skills, including seeking first to understand as well as a high EQ (emotional intelligence) for both customers and fellow developers
Experience in building, configuring and customizing the tools most commonly used in software development in a continuous delivery environment
Stay up to date with current web application security risks and mitigation strategies
