Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Front desk Telecaller / Admission Officer located on-site in Kathmandu. The role involves daily tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting with admissions processes, providing information to potential students and parents, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Fluency in English and Nepali languages
Experience in customer service or a related field
Knowledge of educational services or institutions is a plus
