Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff at Ambe Mobile Pvt Ltd located in Kathmandu. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, communication, and computer literacy tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Computer Literacy
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
