Job Description

Greeting the visitors and determines the purpose of each person’s visit
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes
Assisting in general correspondence such as typing letters & documents as required
Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Preparing memos, letters, and other important correspondences as & when required
Answering phone calls in a professional manner, address complaints, company queries and routing calls as necessary
Maintaining call logs and take messages and schedules appointments
