Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Must be able to use Microsoft word and excel with excellent data entry skills
Preparation and filing of required documents, physical and online copies
Record keeping of every customer visiting the premise
Greeting customers and keeping records of every customers visiting the premise
Follow up on customers
Answering phone calls in a polite manner
Must be able to use social media for basic advertising and replying to customers inquiries.
Basic book keeping and clerical duties
Maintaining basic cleanliness in the office
Must be willing to learn about current car market

This role is not just limited to the above mentioned description. Must be able to show a positive attitude towards the betterment of the company. This role could be expanded to include additional responsibilities for the right person with the right attitude.
