Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a well-organized and professional Front Desk Counselor to manage front desk operations while also providing guidance and counseling to students and parents. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to provide academic and admission-related counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with professionalism and a warm, welcoming attitude.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
Provide information about school programs, events, and policies.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for school staff.
Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferable: Experience in providing counseling services to children and adolescents.
Preferable Knowledge of school policies and procedures.
