We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Officer with a pleasant personality and dynamic professional attitude to provide professional and friendly service to all our customers and visitors.

Job Description

Maintain positive and professional attitude at all times.
Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests.
Respond to questions and concerns of visitors and guide them to the concerned department if they have any queries.
Keep records of customer’s interactions, phone calls, and complaints.
Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system.

Job Specification

Bachelors’ Degree.
2 years’ work experience as a Front Desk Officer or Customer Service Officer with office management and general administrative tasks.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent office management and general administrative skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and stressful situation.
