Roles and responsibilities of this job

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
Maintains security and telecommunications system
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and attendance
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Must have completed Bachelor's degree or running
Able to deal effectively with different people (in person and via calls)
Must have good communication skills in English and Nepali
Have some basic understanding on letter writing and Admin related work
Must be adaptable, proactive and self-motivated
Verbal Communication, Professionalism, Experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
Candidates with more than 2 years of experience in paint showroom with Science background are preferred
