Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain accurate and complete student records with frequent follow ups
Responsible for handling all the incoming and outgoing calls
Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
Prepare and present reviews on progress
Understand the needs of prospective student and provide appropriate solution
