Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a well-presented and professional Front Desk Officer to be the face of our Schools. The role involves greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and assisting with administrative and customer service tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at school.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic information to visitors about the School.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, posts, deliveries).
Coordinate with the school team to assist as needed.
Schedule appointments and maintain visitor logs.
Perform basic administrative support including filing, data entry, and documentation.
Support event coordination, meetings, and office supplies management.
