We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a high level of organization to ensure efficient operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales and strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and ample opportunities for growth within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
Answer and direct phone calls, inquiries, and messages to the appropriate parties
Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar efficiently
Provide information and assistance to clients on our services
Maintain clean and organized front desk area
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist with sales and promotional efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Process payments and manage invoices accurately
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and cross-functional support

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
Knowledge of immigration and education consultancy industry is a plus
