Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Excellent communication skills with a polite, interactive, and approaching tone
Basic know-how of IT-related courses to solve students’ queries over the phone calls (Training will be provided for a couple of weeks)
Basic knowledge of sales & marketing
Problem-solving nature with a calm attitude to handle any type of student inquiries regarding the courses/services
Dedicated to finishing the follow-up calls in a timely manner
Highly motivated to convince students to visit the office for counseling
Ability to handle student complaints in a professional & respectful manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and under pressure
Build strong relationships to retain existing students by ensuring they are getting the best service. We believe retention of regular students brings potential new students
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude

Note: This vacancy is for the morning shift 6 am to 11 am and day shift 11 am to 7 pm (Sunday to Friday).

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree ( running or completed ) are prefered.
At least 1-year experience in customer service/reception/call center
Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali language
Good-looking, smart, energetic, and enthusiastic
Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
