Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting visitors, students, and faculty.
Managing front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling general inquiries.
Data entry and maintenance of records.
Providing administrative support to the college management.
Assisting in student admissions and enrollment processes.
Management of library and store.

Salary and allowances: Negotiable

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google products (Gmail, Drive, Docs).
Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Fluency in English and Nepali typing.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Female candidates will be preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred. However, self motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.
