Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and are directed to the appropriate personnel or service.
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage and schedule appointments for consultations and meetings.
Assist clients with filling out forms, providing information about services, and answering general questions about immigration and education processes.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
Maintain accurate records of client information and update databases as required.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.

Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.
