Job Description

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding services offered by Capital Max Securities.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Support marketing and sales activities as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
