Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
Provide accurate information to clients regarding services offered by Capital Max Securities.
Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and other documents as required.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Support marketing and sales activities as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the team.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
Prior knowledge or experience in stock market will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure.
Friendly and approachable personality.
High level of integrity, confidentiality and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
