Job Description

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, and manage the front desk email account.
Provide accurate information about the consultancy services and programs.
Schedule and manage appointments for clients and staff.
Handle inquiries and provide assistance to clients and visitors.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Assist in coordinating meetings and events.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Ensure the front desk is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
