Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible to handle and record students, parents and other customers, incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Deal with student's, parent's and visitor's queries and pass it to concerned authorities.
Monitor inflow and outflow of employees and record the timing accordingly through attendance device or register book and report to concerned authority.
Collect and distribute mail, documents and messages to the concerned authority.
Maintain and update all official documents/logbooks/forms/formats/register/files at front office
Perform other administrative and clerical jobs as and when assigned by college authorities.
Responsible for handling correspondence and maintaining log of day-to-day activities.
Regular follow up and feedback to clients and update to concerned authority..
