Answering phones and greeting visitors in a professional manner
Coordinating meetings, including arranging room setup, distributing meeting materials
Arranging travel arrangements such as flights and booking hotels for executives, sales teams, or other company representatives as directed
Scheduling meetings with clients or other individuals on the senior management team
Processing incoming calls and recording messages when the front desk officer is not available to take messages
Maintaining calendars for all Directors and Senior Officials in the company, ensuring that meetings are scheduled appropriately and that all parties are aware of upcoming events
Review of Service Vehicle Logbooks and reporting results to management
Typing letters in Nepali as well as in English language as directed
Keeping records of official letters received in office and issued from office, provide the registration number and issue number and maintain its records in register
