Greeting and welcoming desks as they approach the front desk
Answer all the incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Check, sort and forward emails
Keep updated records and files
Ensure all the telephone lines and sub lines are in working conditions
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning etc
Ensure the office machines arein good condition, check printing papers and print cartridge on daily basis
