Education: Bachelors in Management or relevant sectors
Experience: 1 year or above
Having good exposure in MS office
Good communication skills via email and phone etc. Performing ad-hoc administration duties
Nepali typing skills: Mandatory

Greeting all visitors, vendors, shareholders answer their inquiries, and schedule appointments
Transferring calls as necessary
Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment & furniture
Help prepare Board Meetings and arrange papers and folders
Provide information different hydropower projects of the company
Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. arrangements, taking messages)
Address shareholders complaints and escalate to management when needed
Record information in the logbook daily
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
To perform data entry and other software programs for necessary work
To assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks
