About the job

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter service booking, cancel/reschedule booking, or obtain details of post follow up details.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Review service history to determine whether a schedule service is due or not.
Collection/Maintain/Analysis of filled Customer feedback form, or any complain registered by customers.
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer’s problems.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Bachelor's degree in management studies.
Prior one year experience as a front desk executive preferred but freshers are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and responsibilities efficiently.
Time management skill, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner.
Record keeping, maintaining accurate records of appointments, visitor logs, and other administrative tasks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work hour: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.
