Aayulogic is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Cum Sales Assistant. This is an entry-level position, perfect for a candidate looking to start their career in the sales and customer service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers, clients and guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and maintaining records
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Act as a liaison between customers and sales team, providing support and assistance as needed
Assist with sales activities, including creating and updating sales reports, coordinating appointments and following up with potential clients
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
Continuously update knowledge of company products and services to effectively promote and sell to customers
