Responsibilities

Receive and answer telephone calls politely and professionally, take messages and forward it to the concerned staff members accurately and immediately
Manage the front desk by providing friendly, polite, and efficient interface between the company and visitors
Log and maintain outgoing and incoming letter and forward to the concerned personnel
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area by complying with policy and procedures of the company
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 year of experience
Sound knowledge of MS Office, Fluency in written & spoken English
Pleasing personality, good listener with good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently & manage priorities
Nepali typing is preferable.
