Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible for answering and routing calls and keeping telephone records.
Greeting visitors/ vendors/clients and handling inquiries.
Update the inventory list and manage the inventory of the office.
Calculation of monthly leave of all the employee and update monthly leave record.
Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
Copying, scanning, and filing documents
Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
Visit Bank as per necessary
Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Intermediate (Bachelors Degree Preferred)
Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
Experience in answering and screening calls, as well as scheduling appointments.
Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.
Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
