JOB POSITION : Front Desk and Social Media Handler

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Front Desk

Greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Answer and direct phone calls, inquiries.
Manage appointments and scheduling.
Maintain front office area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry and document filing.

Social Media Handling

Deal with online orders (Facebook , WhatsApp and Instagram ) and maintain detail in excel sheet.
Monitor social media interactions and respond to comments/messages.
Track and analyze social media performance.
Monitor social media interactions, responding to customer comments/messages with product information, offers and new product details.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement effective strategies.
Provide all the necessary details about aiwibi products and dealers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone providing information about AIWIBI products.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner and keep record of it.
Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy.
Promote AIWIBI products by highlighting new releases, best-sellers, or promotions in a customer-friendly way.

Job Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram) and basic Excel knowledge.
Ability to manage customer inquiries, appointments, and track social media interactions effectively.
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
