Answer incoming telephone calls; determine the purpose of callers, and forwards call to appropriate personnel and departments.
Greet visitors/guests/members professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit
Direct and escort visitors/guests/members to appropriate destination or waiting rooms
Monitors visitors’ access
Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries
Schedule appointments maintaining & updating calendars, reminding respective personnel of the appointments and meetings
Maintain and update attendance sheets for all the students on a regular basis and notify the reason of absenteeism to the Management
Distribution of First Aid materials
Provide support to manage database of logistics, suppliers, quotation calls for various services, follow ups etc. to confirm timely completion of procurement, administrative tasks
May be required to perform basic clerical duties, such as issue of gate pass, photocopying, and providing reference number in outgoing letters
