We are seeking an experienced and talented Freelance Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in videography & video editing, with at least 10 years of professional experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. 

The position is based in Kathmandu, Nepal, but requires travel within the country for various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality video content for a variety of projects including promotional videos, documentaries, corporate videos, and social media content.
• Capture and edit training videos, ensuring clarity and effectiveness of instructional content.
• Capture and produce videos for e-learning courses, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and engaging material.
• Collaborate with clients and the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Handle all aspects of video production, including shooting, lighting, sound, and editing.
• Ensure that all video content meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with the client's vision and objectives.
• Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest videography trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in videography.
• Proficiency in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of videography work.
• Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Nepal for various projects.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate different shooting times and locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in diverse and challenging environments.
• Knowledge of local cultures and languages within Nepal.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
