About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Villa Everest Korean BBQ Restaurant, located in Kathmandu. The role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring service standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will manage staff, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and handle customer inquiries and complaints. Additionally, some administrative tasks can be performed remotely.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills: Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
Service Standards: Knowledge and implementation of high service standards
Food Service: Proficiency in food and beverage operations
Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
Communication: Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
