Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 5 years
Other Specification
  • Must have completed Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or Diploma running or equivalent
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience
  • Must be above 25 years and below 35 years
  • Must have excellent in service deliverance
  • Must have a wide knowledge of food and beverage
  • Must conduct better sales membership
  • Must have basic knowledge of HACCP
  • Must be friendly and enthusiastic in behaviour

Job Description

  • Have to be responsible for all business operation of a dining establishment
  • Demonstrate knowledge and a passion for all areas of dining
  • Must have the capacity to resolve customer complaints regarding food quality and service
  • Complete training programs as required
