Financial Analyst

We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst who can maintain proper books of accounts while analyzing financial status and recommending action 

Job Responsibilities 

• Determine cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.
• Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts 
• Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions. 
• Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. 
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data. 
• Maintains financial database by entering, verifying, and backing up daily information.
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses 
• Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential. 
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 
• Compile monthly reports and present it to the management team 

Qualifications 

• Minimum 2+ years of business finance or other relevant experience 
• Master’s Degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics are preferred 
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency 
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills 
• Advanced knowledge of Excel 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality 
• Willing to work in a competitive changing environment
